MEDIA Industry Breakfast featuring Anna Godas from Dogwoof
The Creative Europe Desk Ireland - MEDIA Office hosted its latest MEDIA Industry Breakfast on June 30th in Drury Buildings Dublin with Anna Godas co-founder of Dogwoof as the keynote speaker. The event was well supported by the industry with over 65 professionals attending. They took advantage of the opportunity to network over fruit salad and bacon sandwiches while also getting the opportunity to listen to Anna Godas, the co-founder of the revered international documentary distributors and sales agents, Dogwoof.
Anna gave an inspiring keynote address, detailing the rise of Dogwoof from a small distributor in 2004 to the global position the company enjoys now. She also gave tips for aspiring filmmakers and what they need to make their work seen on the international stage. Top tip - make a project that's authentic and from the heart while also looking at their own project objectively with an international audience in mind.
