The European Commission has launched an open consultation on the Creative Europe programme. The aim of the consultation is to collect feedback from stakeholders on the future of the programme, with a view to designing a potential successor programme.
The focus of the consultation is the:
- Relevance of the programme's objectives
- Effectiveness of the measures taken to achieve them,
- Efficiency of the programme implementation
- Programme's added value
An extract of the questions has been made available, and the full consultation has been published on the website of ICF consult and the deadline to respond is April 16th 2017.
The results of the public consultation will be used together with other data and evidence to inform the ongoing independent mid-term evaluation of the Creative Europe Programme.
The results will also be used to inform future steps regarding funding for the cultural and creative sectors and will be published in the form of a report in due course.
