This May, Graffiti Theatre will partner with West Cork Music to present a series of workshops called 'PASSPORTS' for young people aged 15-19, as part of the READ ON EU project which is co-funded by Creative Europe.
They are inviting young people to take part in the 'Passports' series of workshops with published authors whose work had been impacted by their culture and identity. The selected teens will read some of the authors' pieces, chat about them, and then meet the authors online.
They are looking for young people who are interested in reading and would like to:
- Read something new
- Meet new people
- Take part in workshops
- Meet the author and talk about their work.
The workshops and discussions will take place in May of this year, and will be facilitated by Graffiti Theatre facilitators, via Zoom. There will be a number of different authors and workshops. It’s FREE to take part and reading materials will be provided.
If you know keen readers aged 15 -19, who have access to a device and Zoom and might be you’re interested in taking part, tell them to contact Julie from Graffiti at email@example.com before Friday the 16th of April to find out more.
