Description

Jazz Connective (2018 - 2020) is a collaborative project between different European actors to strengthen jazz artistic scenes. Composed of promoters and producers, musicians and professionals, the project will explore and address issues such as lack of promotion, difficulties in career progression, relationships to institutions and audience interactions.

Based on transnational mobility, the Jazz Connective project aims at generating a common reflection on these changes as well as promoting a culture that is both more inclusive and influential of innovative economic models.

Jazz Connective will host events including:

  • Festivals and Concerts
  • Workshop
  • Lectures
  • Discussions

Irish partner, Improvised Music Company, hosted the Jazz Connective Festival in Dublin, 11th - 12th December, 2019.
