TFL Co-production Fund 2023 Open Call
Torino Film Lab (TFL) Co-production Fund 2023 is open for applications until 30th March 2023.
The TFL Co-Production Fund supports co-productions between European and international producers. It is €50,000 co-production grant combined with a series of tailor-made consultancies with experts in various fields of filmmaking.
The call is open to feature films in an advanced development stage and addressed to producers established in a country participating in the MEDIA strand presenting projects co-produced with at least one partner from a country not participating in the MEDIA strand.
- Feature films - fiction, creative documentaries, animation, over 60 minutes - in advanced development stage. The TFL Co-Production Fund is addressed to producers established in a country participating in the MEDIA strand (*) presenting projects co-produced with at least one partner from a country not participating in the MEDIA strand.
- DEADLINE: 30th March 2023, 2:00 pm CET / 1pm Irish time.
- TIMELINE: Consultancies: September - December 2023. Completion and reporting period: by June 2025.
- In 2023, a total of 2 grants of €50,000 each will be assigned.
Selected projects will receive tailored made consultancies with various experts internationally experienced in the main areas of filmmaking. The consultancies will be decided in conversation with the film team, according to their needs at the time of selection.
On top of the individual consultations, the project will have the opportunity to participate to the TFL Meeting Event, taking place every November in Torino, Italy. TFL’s co-production forum is an important occasion to find new partners thanks to networking moments and one-on-one meetings. The TFL Meeting Event is attended every year by over 200 European and international professionals (producers, distributors, sales agents, film festival representatives and broadcasters) and all the projects participating in the forum are granted visibility thanks to the TFL Catalogue.
