Creative Europe Desk Ireland has three offices. The Culture office is based in Dublin while MEDIA has two offices, one based in Dublin and one in Galway.

Aoife Tunney

Joint Head of Culture Office

Aoife has over 15 years’ experience as a Visual Arts Curator and Public Arts programmer and manager with in-depth knowledge of the Irish arts and culture sector. Aoife worked with the Visual Arts and Architecture teams in the Arts Council before joining the Culture Office in 2019. Aoife offers expert advice on Creative Europe funding schemes such as European Cooperation Projects and Culture Moves Europe amongst many others.

Lucy Tevlin

Joint Head of Culture Office

Lucy is joint head of Creative Europe Desk Ireland Culture Office. She offers advice and support to the Irish cultural and creative sectors on the Creative Europe programme. She also works within The Arts Council in Ireland within the International Arts team, supporting international partnerships and co-funding with Creative Europe. Lucy is active in the visual arts sector, working as a freelance artist and cultural producer. Her background in the arts includes project management, lecturing, and programming.

Orla Clancy

Head of MEDIA Office Dublin

Orla is the Head of MEDIA Office Dublin. She has over 18 years’ experience in the Irish audiovisual industry with experience of independent productions, training and the European audiovisual landscape. She has established excellent working relationships with Irish producers, the Irish games and animation industries as well as national stakeholders, government departments and Irish agencies. Orla has expanded her remit to include MEDIA’s cross sector funding for news media and media literacy.

Jules Ní Chonchobhair

Head of MEDIA Office Galway

Jules has over 25 years of experience in the audiovisual and creative industries, working in both the music and TV and film industries as well as in theatre, publishing and with literature festivals. Having begun her career as an audio engineer and production manager in the music industry, she also has extensive experience supporting clients in the TV and film in her capacity as communications consultant and project manager. Jules provides support and information to the west of Ireland’s film, TV, games and animation companies.

Leona Cully

Digital Media & Communications Manager for CEDI

Leona has worked as the Digital Media & Communications manager for both Culture and MEDIA Offices for over 10 years. Previously she worked as a project manager with Screen Skills Ireland on Creative Content and on Screen Leaders training programmes. She is a published creative writer with experience as a freelance researcher and writer for production companies and local government. Leona helps promote Creative Europe opportunities and Irish success stories on our website and social media channels.
