International forum Sustainable and Digital Transition for Creativity, Livestream on 8th October

Sustainable and Digital Transition for Creativity

How can artificial intelligence contribute to the development of culture and creativity without threatening the environment, the autonomy of creators or the quality of life for all? How can we ensure that AI supports people instead of replacing them, and that its impact remains fair and responsible?

The international forum on Wednesday 8th October, organised by Motovila (Creative Europe Desk Slovenia) and Kinoatelje, invites reflection on the ethical, social and environmental dimensions of the digital transition in the cultural and creative sectors.

The forum, held within the Tribute to a Vision film festival and GO! 2025 – European Capital of Culture, marks the closing event of the Go Green Cinema project.

Following the keynote by Dr. Angus Finney, a visionary at the intersection of film and artificial intelligence, two panel discussions with international speakers will explore how AI is shaping creative processes across different fields, what opportunities and limitations it brings, and what is needed for its responsible use.

The event will be held in English without interpretation.
