Juliane Forde (Tailored Films) selected for EFP Producers on the Move Cannes 2026
Congratulations to Juliane Forde from Tailored Films, Ireland who has been selected as one of European Film Promotion's Producers on the Move at Cannes 2026. EFP is supported by Creative Europe MEDIA.
EFP's Producers on the Move programme at the Cannes International Film Festival gives 20 promising emerging European producers from 20 European countries a platform and the opportunity to build and enlarge their international network.
Participants will meet potential co-production partners and sales companies in one-on-one meetings and take part in project pitching, case studies, social events and a comprehensive promotional campaign.
Producers on the Move 2026 combines pre-festival online sessions with a four-half-day onsite programme in Cannes.
Juliane Forde, Tailored Films | Ireland
Julianne Forde is a producer and co-founder of Tailored Films. Her credits include The Apprentice by Ali Abbasi which premiered in Competition at Cannes in 2024, receiving Oscar, BAFTA and Golden Globe nominations. Bring Them Down (2024) by Chris Andrews premiered at TIFF and won Best Picture at Fantastic Fest and Best Debut Director at the British Independent Film Awards (BIFA).
Hokum by Damian McCarthy premiered at SXSW and will be released by NEON in the US in May 2026. Forde has produced feature films and TV series. She is a member of IFTA, the European Film Academy, and the European Producers Club.
In 2017, Tailored Films received MEDIA's Single project develiopment funding for their feature The Winter Lake. In 2021, they received MEDIA Slate Development funding.
