Silly Sundays TV series is set in a colourful coastal village and is an upbeat, charming show about an extended Irish family in a welcoming community.
Supported by MEDIA single project development funding awarded in 2018 to Cartoon Saloon, this feel-good animated series was created by Oscar-nominated producer Nuria González Blanco (Late Afternoon).
Nuria González Blanco created and directed Silly Sundays alongside co-director Fabian Erlinghäuser (Dorg Van Dango, Wolfwalkers, The Breadwinner).
Silly Sundays offers a view of modern Irish diversity both on-screen and throughout the production.
