That They May Face the Rising Sun was produced by South Wind Blows (Ireland), Harvest Films (Ireland), and Cyprus Avenue Films (Northern Ireland). This adaptation of John McGahern's novel is directed by Pat Collins who co-wrote the screenplay with Eamon Little.
