Galway Film Fair's Marketplace offers scheduled one-on-one meetings between filmmakers and key industry figures, including:
- Film Financiers & Investors
- Distributors & Sales Agents
- Broadcasters & Film Funds
- Major Producers & Film Festivals
- Selected producers with feature films or documentary projects will have the opportunity to pitch to these industry leaders, opening doors to funding, distribution, and co-production opportunities.
The early bird deadline for the Galway Film Fair at Galway Film Fleadh is 31st March. There is a 20% discount for LCC countries. For anyone interested in this discount, you can email Annette Maye on annette@filmfleadh.ie, and she will email you the discount code.
To participate in the Marketplace at the Galway Film Fair, applicants must have either a project in development or a completed film. Applicants should note that priority will be given to projects which have a percentage of development and/or production finance in place.

The Galway Film Fair, in association with Bankside Films, are once again delighted to announce a €3,000 award for the best project at this year’s Marketplace. The award is voted on by the attending marketplace industry professionals. Bankside is a leading international sales and film finance company for independent films.
