EAVE Plus 2026 Workshop for Producers
EAVE+ is an intensive five-day workshop event for independent producers with solid track record and international experience who wish to reinforce their managerial and financial capacity to run sustainable production companies and compete on the international market.
EAVE+ offers participating producers the opportunity to discuss their company structures and management practices together with high-profile industry experts to tackle the business side of running a film company.
Course content
- Company sustainability and how to reinvent yourself in times of change
- ‘Transforming companies’: a series of company case studies and inspiring new business models
- The role of the producer as a leader
- Cashflow management and company strategies
- Negotiation with financiers and partners
- Raising finance from investors
- How to create viable business models for the future
All producers will work on their individual leadership qualities and resilience in private coaching sessions.

In Ireland you can apply to Screen Ireland's Bursary scheme to participate in in-person or online international skills development programmes, workshops, and structured work programmes to assist their professional development. This scheme has monthly deadlines to fund international training.
EAVE+ is organised once a year in Luxembourg with support of the Creative Europe MEDIA and Film Fund Luxembourg.
